Our clients include private developers who acquire properties for redevelopment, along with professional real estate owners who buy and hold performing assets.
Represented the buyer of an estate property consisting a 10,000 square foot home on 63 acres of land in Nantucket, Massachusetts. This project included negotiation of the purchase agreement, and due diligence regarding building condition, title, zoning, and environmental matters, and M.G.L. Chapter 91 licensing.
Represented the buyer of office buildings consisting of 22,000 square feet with a state courthouse tenant in Dedham, Massachusetts. This project included negotiation of the purchase agreement, and due diligence regarding title, lease and zoning issues.

This project included negotiation of the purchase agreement, and due diligence regarding title, lease, zoning and environmental Title V.
Represented the seller of the Bank of America office building in Waltham, Massachusetts consisting of 25,000 square feet and containing several tenants. This project included negotiation of the sale agreement, due diligence matters, tenant estoppels and subordination, nondisturbance and attornment agreements.
