This project consists of a three-phase development of a Synagogue, a Mikvah, which is a religious ritual bath facility, and a 70-unit apartment building with an underground garage on a site with shared access and utilities. Our client coordinated a land swap and reciprocal easement agreement between the owners. The new 70-unit apartment building will be seven stories and will contain 1 and 2-bedroom units, including 9 affordable units, a roof deck and roof top lounge. Murphy PC represented the developer in the acquisition of the parcels, the reciprocal easement agreement and land swap, and the construction financing of the properties.
